曲航,工学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2020年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学化工与化学学院,专业化学工程与技术。主要从事农产品采后加工与保藏、天然产物分离纯化、功能食品开发等相关研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目青年基金项目1项、浙江省教育厅科研项目1项、浙江省博后择优资助项目1项,并同时参与多项其它科研项目。在Postharvest Biology and TechnologyCarbohydrate PolymersJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules、《食品科学》等国内外期刊发表论文二十余篇。
